Stand up the server
Deploy the Laravel API on your own infrastructure (a small VPS is plenty to start) with a database and a queue worker running.

Run first-time setup
Visit your install and walk through the setup wizard — it creates your organization and your first Super Admin account.

Connect your first mailbox
From the web panel, add a department and connect a mailbox via Gmail OAuth or plain IMAP/SMTP.

Invite your team
Invite teammates by email and assign roles — or share your workspace API key so they can request access from the desktop app.

Install the desktop app
Each teammate installs the desktop client, enters the workspace API key, and signs in. That's the whole onboarding flow.
